What is an ideal breakfast?

Breakfast is the first meal of the day after 8 – 12 hours of non eating, and since the food you have for dinner gets digested over night, you wake up almost empty stomach and glucose level in your body becomes low. A heavy and healthy breakfast helps you get your glucose level back to normal which will help your body to start your day with a bang.
Not having proper breakfast will lead to lethargy, in-activeness and low concentration level throughout the day.

A health and hefty breakfast should be:

1.High in Proteins & Nutrients:
The first meal of the day should be highly nutritious and it should supply enough energy to the body to hurdle across the busy morning routine.

2.Carbohydrate Rich:
Complex carbohydrates are slowly digested by the body and help in maintaining a balance in blood sugar level reducing untimely spikes.

3. Non-oily Foods:
Excessive oily food may make you feel full, but it will make you heavy and lethargic throughout the day.

An ideal breakfast should be high on nutrition and low on calorie, which provides you with instant energy to tackle the morning blues and keep you healthy and active throughout the course of the day.
